Yes. Please see the Eligibility Requirements page for the course pre-requisites.
We find motivated students completing their regular school courses with As and Bs to be most successful in these challenging courses.
We recognize that many schools do not offer a course called Trigonometry. To meet the Trigonometry prerequisite students must be able to use the Trigonometric functions and be comfortable using the law of sines and law of cosines.
On the online application when asked if you have taken trigonometry, please select “Yes, as part of another course” from the pull-down menu. You will then be required to enter the name of the course where you learned to use trigonometric functions.
Transcripts or grade reports should be provided by the parent. If the student has taken any outside classes, such as at a community college, please request copies of those reports be sent to our office.
The letter of recommendation should be completed by someone other than a family member.
A copy of your high school transcript (including grades from the first semester of the current academic year) must be sent to our office directly from your school. The school (or an outside provider, such as Parchment) may send the transcript by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (recommended) or by postal mail to the address provided on the transcript request form. You may use our transcript request form to submit the request to your school. This process can take several weeks, so plan ahead.
Please let us know on the online application if you are currently enrolled in a required class that will not show up on your transcript.
We cannot accept transcripts emailed by students or their parents.
Please contact us at email@example.com. Include your name, the name of your teacher-recommender, and the teacher’s email address. We will re-send the request with the link to the online form.
