The Johns Hopkins Summer Jobs Program is sponsoring Baltimore City high school students who wish to participate in YouthWorks. Possible placements for students in this collaboration are Explore Engineering Innovation (in-Person), Sustainable Energy Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering Innovation. In 2023, YouthWorks will run from July 11th to August 10th.

Eligibility Requirements for students who wish to select EEI, SEE, or BMEI as their placement:

  • Baltimore City residents
  • Baltimore City Public Schools students
  • Students at least 15 years old by March 31st of the program year
  • Good attendance throughout high school

Eligibility Requirements for Engineering Innovation:

  • Have As and Bs in their high school math and science classes
